Mobilisation Complete and Works Started in Line with the Programme
LOTE40 LDA has progressed from planning into active delivery on the Alto Duo development. From the start, our execution has followed the baseline programe and approved work sequencing, ensuring that each activity begins only when the site is properly prepared, safe, and logistically ready for continuous production.

Site Mobilisation and Early Works Progress
During the initial mobilisation, we established the site setup and workfront organisation needed for stable output: access control, internal circulation routes, storage and staging areas, and a clear separation of pedestrian and plant movement. This early discipline supports efficient operations and maintains the quality and safety standards expected on a project of this scale.
With the site fully operational, we moved immediately into the first critical phase: earthworks and geotechnical enabling works. A key early milestone has been the installation of the site crane and lifting strategy, allowing coordinated handling of materials and supporting uninterrupted progress across multiple workfaces.
This first stage is designed to unlock the next phases of construction by preparing the ground conditions and perimeter stability required for deeper excavation and structural works. The team remains focused on maintaining production continuity, with progress tracking aligned to the project programme.
Programme outlook: The project remains aligned with the planned completion window in Q3 2027, with the current phase concentrated on enabling the substructure safely and efficiently.
