Next Phase: From Groundworks to Foundations and the Underground Structure

The project moves into its next critical phase — transitioning from groundwork operations to permanent reinforced-concrete substructure works.

Next Phase: From Groundworks to Foundations and the Underground Structure

As the perimeter retaining and anchoring works advance toward completion, the project is preparing for the next major transition: from enabling works into the permanent reinforced-concrete substructure.

The upcoming sequence is focused on reaching final excavation levels, completing remaining stabilization activities, and preparing clean, controlled work surfaces for structural execution. In parallel, the programme moves into the first permanent concrete operations: blinding concrete, foundations (pad footings), and foundation beams. These activities represent a significant milestone, as they mark the handover from temporary excavation support measures toward the permanent structural system.

Following foundations, the program shifts into waterproofing and drainage for buried elements, progressing alongside the construction of the underground reinforced-concrete structure. As the basement structure develops, temporary support measures are progressively replaced by permanent structural restraint in a safe, planned sequence.

LOTE40 LDA remains focused on continuity of production, quality control, and safe execution — maintaining alignment with the program and the planned overall completion window in Q3 2027.
